RESPONSIBLE TIME OFF

All full-time employees have access to unlimited time off in addition to days the office is closed for a week-long winter break and other observed holidays. This policy gives employees the flexibility to take time off, while also assuring that all responsibilities have been fulfilled.

Many positions have the flexibility of choosing the hours and location where they are working. As a Burlington, Vermont based company, we do have a beautiful office space in the historic Chace Mill, where local employees often choose to work.
