Pat Buono

Chief Operating Officer

Pat is the Chief Operating Officer of ALN. His background is in revenue operations (RevOps) and business operations in the tech, SaaS, and marketing agency world. He's excited to have joined such a mission-driven organization in ALN. 

Professionally, he's passionate about building strong organizational culture and designing effective processes for people to thrive and grow within. Think things like change management, collaboration, scaling teams, etc. He is delighted at the promise of growing ALN and improving math instruction for teachers, students, and everyone in between across the U.S. and beyond.

In his free time, you'll find him playing bass or guitar in local bands, drinking coffee, or exploring the Green Mountain State. He is always accepting music recommendations and would most certainly like to hear what your favorite Grateful Dead show is.
